Description

The Austone SP6 is an inexpensive quality tire from Asia. The tire is produced by a tire manufacturer with many years of experience in the tire production. The Austone SP6 is manufactured in a technologically advanced way and underlies strict qualities controls in each manufacturing step. Developed for a versatile use with best driving characteristics, the standards of quality become visible in every tire detail. The Austone SP6 fulfils all requirements and standards of the European markets and offers an unbeatable price-performance-ratio at the same time.

The advantages of Austone SP6:

The broader design of the tread block at the tyre shoulder improves the balanced wear behaviour of the tyres
The fine-tuned 5 pitch tread design reduces the tyre rolling noise during the journey effectively
The innovative middle rib design offers excellent steering and drip characteristics on wet road
Four wide, circumferential grooves ensure superb water distribution and driving stability on slippery surfaces

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Happy with the purchase
Fitted before a long road trip. Comfortable at motorway speeds and felt safe in heavy rain. Good balance of comfort and handling. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Handles well
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Took a few hundred km to bed in.
