What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.

They're okay. Comfortable enough, but I expected a bit sharper turn-in. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. Stable and precise in summer heat. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.
