As a summer tyre, the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

    Fine tyre, minor niggles

    Bought a full set of Goodyear for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain. Stable and precise in summer heat. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

    Decent for the price

    Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
