No complaints so far
Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Not the last word in steering feel.

Braking feels secure
Switched from a budget brand to the Portran KC53 — the difference in braking is obvious. Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before.
