New compounds and new sipe design have been used introducing the latest technological features. Furthermore, Winter Sottozero™ 3 has been co-developed with premium and prestige OEMs.
Run Flat – No pressure drive
The Pirelli Self Supporting system presents specific reinforcements inserted into the sidewall’s structure.
Pirelli Run Flat tyres support lateral and transverse loads of the vehicle even in the absence of pressure.
What the tyre markings mean
- XL
- Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
- M+S

Does what it says
Decent tyre at a fair price. Tread pattern clears water well. Holds well in snow and slush.

Good grip in the wet
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Wet braking is excellent. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama.
