Description

The rim includes a tyre and for this reason the rim manufacturer Tomason now also offers its own tyre. It is a sporty summer performance tyre with an attractive asymmetrical tread.

The tyre offers a balanced mixture of sportiness, safety and comfort and scores in all vehicle classes due to its high economy! The SportRace offers a high level of performance in many areas and the wet behaviour is also convincing!

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.

Impressed so far
Switched from a budget brand to the Sportrace — the difference in braking is obvious. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Better than expected
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.

Good, not perfect
Balanced and predictable. Exactly how a tyre should feel. Reliable summer rubber. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
