With the new UltraContact, Continental therefore now offers a summer tyre with very high mileage and the usual safety standards. To achieve this, the tyre developers have redesigned the compound and tread to combine maximum mileage with safe driving characteristics, low rolling resistance and low noise emission.

Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. Good summer tyre for the money. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
