Fine tyre, minor niggles
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set.
Worth the money
Ride comfort is the standout. Long journeys feel less tiring now.
Reliable winter rubber
Fitted before a long road trip. Comfortable at motorway speeds and felt safe in heavy rain. Handles standing water better than my previous set. Holds well in snow and slush.
Solid winter tyre
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The Alpin 7 punches above its weight. Balanced and predictable. Holds well in snow and slush.
All-round good pick
Ordered online, fitted locally. The tyres themselves have been faultless so far. Not the last word in steering feel.
Decent for the price
For this price I didn't expect much, but the Alpin 7 genuinely surprised me.
