What the tyre markings mean
- XL
- Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
- M+S
- Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.

Fine tyre, minor niggles
Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. Holds well in snow and slush.

Great value for money
Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Good winter tyre for the money. Felt secure on icy morning roads. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
