Good aquaplaning resistance, high wet performance and short braking distances on wet roads:

The tread pattern with long lateral sipes guarantees traction on wet roads. Wide grooves on the shoulders maximise water expulsion for better protection against aquaplaning.

Proven grip and excellent braking on snow-covered roads.

Excellent handling in all weather conditions:

For the safe transportation of people and goods, it is important that you can rely on the driving stability of your vehicle in any weather. The tread pattern is fine-tuned by a ribbon structure in the centre and handling ribs on the shoulders. This guarantees good control and steering of the vehicle on dry, wet and snow-covered roads.

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
