Description

A869 – confident winter grip with everyday comfort

Enhanced stability in winter road conditions
Improved load bearing capacity through optimized profile and shoulder construction
Regular wear enhances the tread life
Improved driving safety through improved grip

Certified for severe winter conditions (3PMSF alpine symbol)
M+S marking for mud and snow
Strong wet grip (class B)

Designed for the cold season, this tyre combines a winter compound with a tread pattern that packs snow for grip and clears slush quickly. Steering and braking stay reassuring on icy and snow-covered roads.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

APlus delivers again
My mechanic recommended APlus and he was right. Quiet, stable, no complaints. Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Better than expected
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. My mechanic recommended APlus and he was right.

Smooth ride
Driven about 3,000 km on these so far. Wear looks even and grip is consistent. Had these through a full season now.

A step up from my old set
Balanced and predictable. Exactly how a tyre should feel. Fitted them at a mate's garage. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Solid summer tyre
Ride comfort is the standout. Long journeys feel less tiring now. Wet braking is excellent.

Solid choice
Fitted them at a mate's garage. Straightforward job and they've been faultless since. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
