What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.

Trusted Austone quality
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The SP 902 punches above its weight. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Good grip in the wet
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. My mechanic recommended Austone and he was right. Stable and precise in summer heat.
