This tyre uses the RFT system. This means that, should there be a sudden loss of air, the tyre can still be controlled without any problems, mobility is retained, and it is not necessary to change the tyre on narrow or busy roads. Tyres with the RFT technology may only be used on cars with a functioning air pressure check system.

    Braking feels secure

    Good in town and on the motorway alike. Versatile tyre. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.

    Bridgestone delivers again

    Driven about 3,000 km on these so far. Wear looks even and grip is consistent. For this price I didn't expect much, but the Turanza T 001 RFT genuinely surprised me. Stable and precise in summer heat. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

    Nice upgrade

    Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.
