As a summer tyre, the CrossContact H/T is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Quiet and comfortable
Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The CrossContact H/T grips well on dry roads.

Worth the money
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
