With the new UltraContact, Continental therefore now offers a summer tyre with very high mileage and the usual safety standards. To achieve this, the tyre developers have redesigned the compound and tread to combine maximum mileage with safe driving characteristics, low rolling resistance and low noise emission.

Switched from a budget brand to the UltraContact — the difference in braking is obvious. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. Fitted them at a mate's garage.

They're okay. Comfortable enough, but I expected a bit sharper turn-in. Would recommend to anyone after a dependable summer tyre without overspending. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
