With the new UltraContact, Continental therefore now offers a summer tyre with very high mileage and the usual safety standards. To achieve this, the tyre developers have redesigned the compound and tread to combine maximum mileage with safe driving characteristics, low rolling resistance and low noise emission.

Bought a full set of Continental for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain. Switched from a budget brand to the UltraContact — the difference in braking is obvious. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Does what it says
Comfortable over rough surfaces. My old set used to thump over every bump. Decent tyre at a fair price. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
