With the new UltraContact, Continental therefore now offers a summer tyre with very high mileage and the usual safety standards. To achieve this, the tyre developers have redesigned the compound and tread to combine maximum mileage with safe driving characteristics, low rolling resistance and low noise emission.

Great value for money
Very quiet on tarmac. The UltraContact made my commute noticeably more relaxed. Switched from a budget brand to the UltraContact — the difference in braking is obvious. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Good grip in the wet
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
