What the tyre markings mean
- XL
- Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
- M+S
- Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
- 3PMSF

Worth the money
Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. Driven about 3,000 km on these so far. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama. Not the last word in steering feel.
