What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.

A step up from my old set
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Fine tyre, minor niggles
Ordered online, fitted locally. The tyres themselves have been faultless so far. Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set.
