As a summer tyre, the Eagle F1 Supersport is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

    Quiet and comfortable

    Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.

    Handles well

    Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Good in town and on the motorway alike. Stable and precise in summer heat. Took a few hundred km to bed in.
