    Fair tyre for the money

    Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Second set of Hankook on this car. Stable and precise in summer heat.

    Hankook delivers again

    Good summer tyre for the money. Rolling noise is low and braking feels predictable. Steering response improved straight away after fitting.

    Good grip in the wet

    Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. For this price I didn't expect much, but the Ventus S1 evo2 K117 genuinely surprised me. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

    Recommended

    Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Wet braking is excellent. Stable and precise in summer heat. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
