As a summer tyre, the Ecsta PS71 SUV is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Better than expected
Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. My mechanic recommended Kumho and he was right.
