The VS-01 is a sporty ultra high performance tyre with a modern look and extremely dynamic driving characteristics. Wide shoulder blocks increase traction under the harshest conditions and the variable arrangement of the tread blocks reduces noise to a minimum. In developing this top UHP tyre, special emphasis was placed on wet-running properties. The dangers of longitudinal and transverse aquaplaning have been reduced to a minimum thanks to the newly developed rubber compound. The asymmetrical tread design ensures shortest braking distances in wet and dry conditions.
