MICHELIN Agilis Alpin

For all light trucks

With the MICHELIN Agilis Alpin winter tyre, you can transfer the vehicle's full performance to the road, even in winter conditions. It allows a dynamic driving style with maximum safety and high mileage.

Handling:

The special tread pattern from the 4x4 section with open shoulders and offset tread blocks improves performance on snow. The Michelin Durable Contact Patch technology provides better grip on icy roads due to a larger and less rounded footprint.

Mileage:

As with MICHELIN Agilis, the anti-abrasion blocks have been positioned on the flanks to provide protection for the tyre in all conditions. In conjunction with a more resistant rubber compound against abrasion, this achieves the maximum life expectancy for the tyre.

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.

Impressed so far
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
