Dynamic Response Technology:
A newly developed hybrid belt layer made of a mixture of aramid and nylon enables an optimal steering behaviour. The ultra-reactive tread pattern continuously adapts to the road surface for optimum ground contact area.
Security:
The fine-tuned rubber compound of special functional elastomers and silicas provides outstanding wet adhesion and outstanding braking properties. Wide and deep longitudinal grooves in the profile ensure particularly good water drainage on wet roads.

Good all-rounder
Handles standing water better than my previous set. Feel much safer in autumn rain. Had these through a full season now. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Fair tyre for the money
Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The Pilot Sport 4 grips well on dry roads. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
