XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.

Great value for money
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Ride comfort is the standout.

Fair tyre for the money
Switched from a budget brand to the Pilot Sport 4S — the difference in braking is obvious. Not the last word in steering feel.

Good grip in the wet
Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Fitted and forgotten
Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped. Steering response improved straight away after fitting. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
