Optimum dry grip: On the outside, strongly interlinked elastomers with an optimum degree of hardness provide excellent grip, especially in tight corners.
Enhanced wet grip: On the inside, harder elastomers ensure maximum steering precision and perfect grip on wet roads.
The wavy summit layers under the steel cord consist of a special rubber additive that makes the tread profile stiffer, increases braking stability, shortens tyre reaction time and optimises overall handling.

Smooth ride
Switched from a budget brand to the Pilot Sport Cup 2 Connect — the difference in braking is obvious. The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Stable and precise in summer heat.
