    Does the job well

    Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Stable and precise in summer heat. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

    Braking feels secure

    Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.
