The Dimax R8+ is the new summer ultra high performance tyre within the Dimax-family. This pattern has especially been developed for vehicles with high top speeds and offers the ideal mixture of wet and dry handling characteristics.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Fitted before a long road trip. Comfortable at motorway speeds and felt safe in heavy rain. Stable and precise in summer heat. Not the last word in steering feel.
