The RoadX Frost Tempo in size 225/55 R16 99V is one of our passenger car winter tyres.
- Certified for severe winter conditions (3PMSF alpine symbol)
- M+S marking for mud and snow
- Reinforced XL construction for higher load capacity
When temperatures drop, the winter compound and fine siping take over: reliable traction on snow, stable handling in slush and short braking distances in the cold.
Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

Solid winter tyre
Comfortable over rough surfaces. My old set used to thump over every bump. Felt secure on icy morning roads.
- Davide B.22/07/20265.0 / 5
Pleasantly surprised
Good winter tyre for the money. Rolling noise is low and braking feels predictable. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama.
- Andreas S.24/11/20254.0 / 5
Good all-rounder
Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The Frost Tempo grips well on dry roads. The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Not the last word in steering feel.
- Sandra W.18/10/20255.0 / 5
All-round good pick
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Wet braking is excellent.
- Simone B.20/08/20253.0 / 5
Braking feels secure
Ordered online, fitted locally. The tyres themselves have been faultless so far. Felt secure on icy morning roads.
