Proxes R 888-R – balanced summer performance for warm and wet conditions
- Less negative profile for more grip and traction
- Central tread groove for improved cooling and noise control
As a summer tyre, the Proxes R 888-R is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.
Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

Handles well
Solid everyday tyre. Nothing flashy, but it does everything I ask of it. Fitted them at a mate's garage.
- Matteo G.18/02/20265.0 / 5
Toyo delivers again
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
- Alessandro G.30/12/20253.0 / 5
Does what it says
Bought a full set of Toyo for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain. Would recommend to anyone after a dependable summer tyre without overspending.

Fitted and forgotten
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these.
