Description

Safe driving in wet conditions with outstanding protection against aquaplaning:

An optimised tread pattern and the proven Uniroyal sharkskin technology offer enhanced water drainage against aquaplaning. The enhanced water-flow from the pattern center to the outside shoulder grooves ensure you a safe driving pleasure.

Short braking distance and improved traction performance on snowy roads:

Solving the target conflict between dry and winter performance aspects Uniroyal developed a well balanced pattern which offers stability as well as winter performance features. The special geometry of blocks and a multifunctional sipe concept deliver improved snow compression and excellent braking performance on both snowy and dry roads.

Precise steering response and controlled handling on dry roads:

A stable middle rib and wide shoulder blocks improve handling performance and stabilisation during side forces.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.

Recommended
Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Very reassuring. Balanced and predictable.

Quality you can feel
Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. Not the last word in steering feel.

Smooth ride
Early days, but first impressions are very good. Smooth and quiet. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair.

Good all-rounder
Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. Balanced and predictable. Nice not having to swap tyres twice a year.

Good grip in the wet
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Had these through a full season now.

Nice upgrade
Decent tyre at a fair price. Tread pattern clears water well.
