Description

Transporter tyre with an fine-tuned combination of directional tread pattern and compound that provides excellent performance on snow and ice.

Fuel saving properties
Fine-tuned braking and handling in wet conditions
Excellent durability

Certified for severe winter conditions (3PMSF alpine symbol)
M+S marking for mud and snow
Strong wet grip (class B)

When temperatures drop, the winter compound and fine siping take over: reliable traction on snow, stable handling in slush and short braking distances in the cold.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Solid choice
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these.

Very happy with these
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The BluEarth-Winter WY01 punches above its weight. Decent tyre at a fair price. Holds well in snow and slush.

Decent for the price
Bought a full set of Yokohama for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Very happy with these
Fitted them at a mate's garage. Straightforward job and they've been faultless since. Holds well in snow and slush.
