In the summer months this tyre delivers precise steering response and confident grip on dry asphalt. Wide drainage channels help resist aquaplaning when it rains.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Does the job well
Reliable summer rubber. No surprises, which is exactly what I want. Would recommend to anyone after a dependable summer tyre without overspending. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Trusted Yokohama quality
Early days, but first impressions are very good. Smooth and quiet. Second set of Yokohama on this car. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Would buy again
Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.
