Benefits

Features

5-pitch variation
Comfortable
Good mileage
Rubber compound with micro silica
Combination of 2D and 3D sipes
Asymmetric pattern with 4 wide longitudinal grooves

M+S marking for mud and snow
Reinforced XL construction for higher load capacity
Integrated rim protection strip against kerb damage
Strong wet grip (class B)

As a summer tyre, the Geolandar X-CV G057 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Good all-rounder
Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Ride comfort is the standout. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Great on the motorway
Early days, but first impressions are very good. Smooth and quiet. For this price I didn't expect much, but the Geolandar X-CV G057 genuinely surprised me. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Reliable summer rubber. No surprises, which is exactly what I want. A sensible buy. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
