What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Bought a full set of Bridgestone for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain. Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres.

Comfortable over rough surfaces. My old set used to thump over every bump. Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Stable and precise in summer heat.
