The Turanza T005 is designed to help keep control even under difficult driving conditions. The tyre offers first-class braking and cornering characteristics even on rainy days, combined with high mileage.
Optimised pattern design:
High volume slots in shoulder enhance water flow and optimised distribution of void in centre part of the pattern ensures water drainage in centre contact. Increased resistance to deformation thanks to connections between shoulder blocks ensuring an even contact on shoulders while braking.
Enhanced carcass:
The unique steel and stiff polyester reinforcement guarantee a superior handling and a lower rolling resistance in order to reduce CO2 emissions and fuel consumption.
New compound mixing technology:
New mixing technology improves silica dispersion in Nano Pro-tech™ high silica content compound.Synergy of pattern & compound maximises adhesion in the footprint to enhance wet grip.
- Excellent wet adhesion
- Excellent label grades
- Superior wear life

- Petra R.07/16/20265.0 / 5
Decent for the price
Balanced and predictable. Exactly how a tyre should feel. Had them fitted last month.
- Giulia R.06/24/20262.0 / 5
Smooth ride
Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. Not the last word in steering feel.
- Valentina F.06/11/20265.0 / 5
Good, not perfect
Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Very reassuring. Ride comfort is the standout.
- Sanne L.01/30/20265.0 / 5
Confidence in corners
Fitted them at a mate's garage. Straightforward job and they've been faultless since. Stable and precise in summer heat.
- Jakob G.10/29/20254.0 / 5
Pleasantly surprised
Switched from a budget brand to the Turanza T 005A — the difference in braking is obvious. Took a few hundred km to bed in.
- Matteo K.09/28/20255.0 / 5
Better than expected
Balanced and predictable. Exactly how a tyre should feel. They're okay. Stable and precise in summer heat.
