Description

SportContact™ 6 – safety on any road. Control at any speed.

Black Chili for maximum grip:

The new Micro Flexibility Compound guarantees an optimum interlocking between tyre and road surface. This guarantees better acceleration and shorter braking distances at high and low temperatures – in wet or dry conditions.

Force vectoring for maximum control:

The enhanced inner and outer tread pattern ensures best steering precision and support for lateral forces during cornering. The advanced Macro Block Design keeps you safe and in control in any driving manoeuvre. Stiff centre ribs and asymmetric concave longitudinal grooves support overall stability.

Aralon350™, the new adaptive hybrid cap:

The sophisticated Aralon350™ technology accelerates your vehicle safely up to 350 km/h. This newly designed strong Hybrid Cap Ply provides controlled tyre growth – even at high speeds.

Black Chili for maximum grip in all directions enables supreme driving experience
Aralon350™, the new adaptive hybrid cap ply for maximum stability at high speeds up to 350km/h
Force vectoring for maximum control, a new era in tread pattern development

What the tyre markings mean

EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

No complaints so far
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair.

A step up from my old set
Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped.

Steering response improved straight away after fitting. Very pleased.

Solid summer tyre
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Fitted them at a mate's garage. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Strong performer
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Bought on price, staying for the quality.
