The new WinterContact TS 850 P is intended for use in the SUV / 4x4 and passenger car segments. Passenger cars and SUVs are normally driven under the same operating conditions. For this reason, products with similar requirement profiles for passenger cars and SUVs are combined in one product line. If a tyre dimension is primarily used for SUVs, it is labelled on the sidewall.

A step up from my old set
Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped. Reliable winter rubber. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama.

Does what it says
Switched from a budget brand to the WinterContact TS 850 P — the difference in braking is obvious. Fine for the price. Felt secure on icy morning roads. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
