XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.

Fitted and forgotten
Steering response improved straight away after fitting. Very pleased. Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Felt secure on icy morning roads.

For this price I didn't expect much, but the Winter Sport 5 genuinely surprised me. Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama.
