Description

Firestone Roadhawk - built to perform longer

Performance decays over life – from agility to outright ability. The Firestone Roadhawk tyre retains its performance characteristics in road conditions where wet weather, heavy traffic, sudden braking and motorway speed are all part of the daily mix.

Suitable for electric vehicles
Strong wet grip (class A)
Quiet ride with an external rolling noise of just 70 dB

As a summer tyre, the Roadhawk is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.

Impressed so far
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Nice upgrade
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. A sensible buy. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
