The Firestone Vanhawk 3 summer tyre is equally suited to combustion engines and EVs and has been specially developed for light commercial vehicles.

The Firestone Vanhawk 3 is the first product in the Vanhawk tire family to feature the groundbreaking Enliten technologies. These represent Bridgestone's innovative approach to future-oriented tire development. They enable improved wear efficiency through increased tread depth for additional mileage, while the rubber compound also ensures increased abrasion resistance.

The tire's enhanced fuel and energy efficiency is made possible by fine-tuned energy dissipation, which minimizes energy loss during rolling and thus reduces rolling resistance. Fine-tuned tread grooves and sipe distribution maximize water drainage, while the enhanced rubber compound increases grip. This gives the tyre outstanding braking performance in wet conditions. In addition, thanks to Enliten technologies, the Firestone Vanhawk 3 is EV-ready and therefore perfect for electric vehicles as well as vehicles with combustion engines.

EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.

Firestone delivers again
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate.
