The perfect balance of Performance, Fuel Efficiency and Mileage.
- Optimal control on wet and dry roads
- Low fuel consumption
- Outstanding mileage for long lasting tyres
- Reinforced XL construction for higher load capacity
- Strong wet grip (class B)
- Quiet ride with an external rolling noise of just 70 dB
As a summer tyre, the EcoControl HP 2 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.
Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

Handles well
Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.
- Sandra L.03/22/20265.0 / 5
Solid summer tyre
Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Very reassuring. Had these through a full season now. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
- Sandra R.02/02/20264.0 / 5
Okay for everyday driving
Ride comfort is the standout. Long journeys feel less tiring now. Solid everyday tyre.
- Alessandro S.12/10/20253.0 / 5
Smooth ride
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The EcoControl HP 2 punches above its weight. Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
- Laura W.07/15/20254.0 / 5
Good, not perfect
Second set of Fulda on this car. The last ones wore well, expecting the same here. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Took a few hundred km to bed in.
- Lotte L.07/11/20254.0 / 5
Quality you can feel
Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine.
