As a summer tyre, the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

    Good, not perfect

    Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Second set of Goodyear on this car. Stable and precise in summer heat.

    Good grip in the wet

    Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Had them fitted last month. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
