    Pleasantly surprised

    Ordered online, fitted locally. The tyres themselves have been faultless so far. For this price I didn't expect much, but the Ventus S1 evo2 K117 genuinely surprised me. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

    Good grip in the wet

    They're okay. Comfortable enough, but I expected a bit sharper turn-in. Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
