What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Decent for the price
Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped.

Fair tyre for the money
Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The All Season grips well on dry roads.

Fitted and forgotten
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Nice not having to swap tyres twice a year.

Worth the money
Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. Had these through a full season now. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Smooth ride
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The All Season punches above its weight. Ride comfort is the standout. Nice not having to swap tyres twice a year.
