M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Second set of Kormoran on this car. The last ones wore well, expecting the same here. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

Strong performer
Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair.

Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. Steering response improved straight away after fitting. Holds well in snow and slush.
