The MICHELIN Latitude Alpin is the 4x4 and off-road tyre for winter: It gives you security and exceptional mileage - winter after winter.

Braking:

Bidirectional sipes are self-locking sipes that allow a higher biting density into snow and ice, without compromising in dry handling.

Comfort:

Michelin Comfort Control Technology™ helps deliver one of the most comfortable rides in the industry by using computer-fine-tuned design and precision manufacturing to offer greatly lower vibrations and road noise, plus the longevity you expect from MICHELIN.

Traction:

The StabiliGrip™ technology combines two types of sipes for greater traction and stability in snow, as well as high resistance to heavy-duty use, especially on the motorway.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.
