The MICHELIN Primacy 4 offers excellent wet adhesion, even just before the wear limit. Shortly before the wear limit, the new profile delivers +22% more space for water displacement than its predecessor MICHELIN Primacy 3.

Wet braking properties:

Thanks to the latest generation high performance rubber compound, the Primacy 4 is able to provide excellent wet braking performance, when new and when worn, without compromising the tyre's longevity.

Make full use of safety reserves - the innovative treadwear indicator helps to identify when your tyres need changing.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.

Does the job well
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Fine for the price. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Quiet and comfortable
They're okay. Comfortable enough, but I expected a bit sharper turn-in. Would recommend to anyone after a dependable summer tyre without overspending. Stable and precise in summer heat. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.
