The wide tread increases the contact area and improves traction and handling.

V-shaped tread design:

The V-shaped tread offers high protection against aquaplaning and improves performance on snow.

Stable tread blocks:

Enhanced stability of the tread blocks in the centre for shorter braking distances.

3D sipes:

Specially developed 3D sipes increase block stiffness, improve handling and shorten braking distances.

    Confidence in corners

    The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Handles standing water better than my previous set. Holds well in snow and slush.

    Does the job well

    Driven about 3,000 km on these so far. Wear looks even and grip is consistent. Switched from a budget brand to the Winguard Sport 3 — the difference in braking is obvious.

    For this price I didn't expect much, but the Winguard Sport 3 genuinely surprised me. Felt secure on icy morning roads. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
